Digitapes is a family-run business and does not expect to be treated as corporate other such organizations. Items listed below are what we stand by, For further questions please let us know via our contacts section.

• Withdrawn or canceled services are given a full refund. However, if tapes have already been sent, postage payment will be required.
• Errors on the website or downtime would be sorted out ASAP, our phone and email will still be online in any case.
• We are not liable for any missing/damaged tapes.
• Privacy is very important to us, tapes are not shared, and viewing for editing is kept strictly confidential.
• Converted tapes are backed up for up to 60 days. However, that can be less depending on the number of clients at one time and any necessary offloading of backups.
